Delivery and Access Policy

This is a digital product. There is nothing physical to ship, and no delivery address is ever required.
When you get access
Immediately after payment is confirmed, normally within seconds.
How access is delivered
- On screen. The confirmation page shown right after payment contains your access link.
- By email. A message with the same access link and your receipt is sent to the email address used at checkout.

This is a single payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel.
What this is not. This is a pre-recorded, self-paced digital course. No coaching, no consulting, no one-to-one sessions and no done-for-you work are sold here. Nothing physical is shipped.
If nothing arrives
- Check the spam or promotions folder for the email.
- Check that the email address you used at checkout is the one you actually read.
- Email [email protected] from the address you paid with. We reply within 24 hours on working days and send access by hand.
You will never be left without what you paid for. If we cannot deliver it, you get a refund.
What you need on your side
The material shows you how to set these up. They are yours and are paid to those companies, not to us.
- An account with an AI provider such as Claude
- A domain name, roughly 10 USD per year
- A small server, roughly 5 to 10 USD per month
- A computer with a browser and an internet connection
No programming knowledge is required.
