Legal grounds
- Performance of a contract — delivering what you bought.
- Consent — sending you the free guide and the messages you asked for. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interest — keeping the service secure and free of automated abuse.
- Legal obligation — keeping accounting records.
Who else receives your data
- Payment provider — takes the payment and issues receipts. Receives your name, email and payment details.
- Airtable — stores the customer records. Receives name, contact details and order status.
- Green API — sends WhatsApp messages and verifies that a number has WhatsApp. Receives the phone number.
- Hosting and CDN provider — serves the website. Receives IP address and request data.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
International transfers
We operate from Kazakhstan and our processors operate in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves your country it is transferred under the processor's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Customer and order records: 6 years, for accounting and tax.
- Sign-up records that never became an order: 24 months, then deleted.
- Server logs: 90 days.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email [email protected] and ask us to do any of the following. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it.
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your data
- Send you a copy in a portable format
- Stop processing, or withdraw a consent you gave earlier
If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.
Cookies and trackers
- Essential — session storage that remembers your name between steps of the sign-up flow. No tracking purpose.
- Analytics — to count visits and see which sections are read.
- Advertising pixel — if advertising is running, a Meta pixel may record that you visited or registered, so advertising can be measured.
You can block cookies in your browser. The site still works.
Children
The product is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
