Terms of Purchase

These terms govern the sale and use of the digital products offered on https://aimasterdaniel.com. By buying or using them you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, do not buy.

This is a single payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel.

What this is not. This is a pre-recorded, self-paced digital course. No coaching, no consulting, no one-to-one sessions and no done-for-you work are sold here. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to buy. By purchasing you confirm that you are.

4. Licence to use the materials

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own work and for your own clients' projects.

You may not resell, share, republish, sublicense, upload to another platform, or distribute the videos, files, guides, connector pack, prompts or templates, in whole or in part. You may not share your access with another person.

All materials remain the intellectual property of IP ELAN.

5. What happens if the licence is broken

If materials are shared or resold, access is withdrawn without a refund. We may also pursue any remedy available in law.

6. Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Each plan is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring charge of any kind.

Payment is processed by our payment provider, who may act as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.

You are responsible for any third-party costs you choose to incur while following the material, for example a domain, a server, or an AI subscription. Those are paid to those companies, not to us.

8. What we do not promise

This is an educational product. We do not promise income, clients, sales, or any specific business result. See the Disclaimer.

We do not guarantee that third-party services referenced in the material will remain available, keep their current pricing, or keep their current features.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve or reorganise the materials. Where a plan includes lifetime access, that access continues for the lifetime of the product.

We may change these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the product is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the material or of any third-party service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

If something is wrong, write to [email protected] first. We reply within 24 hours on working days and aim to resolve the matter directly. If it cannot be resolved that way, the dispute is subject to the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
